Designed, engineered, and manufactured by ARB’s specialised OME suspension engineers, the MT64 combines the Nitrocharger’s proven reliability with the BP-51’s premium features, creating the perfect all-rounder.

REFINEMENT IN RIDE

The expansive 64mm (2.5in) internal bore accommodates more oil and larger piston and shim stacks, reducing heat and providing more control through the stroke, resulting in a smoother ride.

DURABLE CONSTRUCTION

Made from the same aerospace-grade aluminum as our high-performance BP-51, the MT64 effectively dissipates heat. It also features a 22.5mm piston rod (shaft) for exceptional stability.

COMPREHENSIVE COMFORT

In addition to everyday plush comfort, the MT64 is designed with a hydraulic end zone top out, providing extra padding at the shock’s full extension to absorb unexpected bumps.

CONFIGURABLE RIDE HEIGHT FOR DIFFERENT LOADS

Utilising ridges on the shock body, OME engineers have included a configurable spring seat with six positions in 5mm increments. This allows for one coil spring to adapt to added accessory weights.

TAILORED PERFORMANCE

During the development of the MT64, Ride Control Engineers custom-tailor shock absorber valving to work with various springs in the range, often resulting in multiple shock absorber options for each vehicle.

TWIN-TUBE DESIGN

The MT64 features a twin-tube design with the outer reserve tube protecting the internal components off-road.
